TECHINIQUES FOR CHOOSING AND PREPARING GINGER VARIETY

 Stage 1: Choosing ginger variety:

Good ginger variety plays an important role in resistance in ginger and preventing disease during growing period. When selecting varieties of ginger, you must select the old root, big, smooth skin, its top side is not withering, no pests.

Size of tubers that is suitable for breeding is 40-60 grams, you should not choose too small tubers to avoid insufficient nutrients to grow ginger.

 Stage 2: Preparating ginger varieties:
